As part of the Client Services Team, the Client Services Engineer will act as the main technical point of contact for Bunchball customers, and as the liaison between Bunchball’s Engineering and Client Services Team. Leveraging your web engineering background, you will translate UX design into tactical implementation plans for customers. This will involve varying degrees of Project Management during the set up, configuration and execution of those plans, and coordinating across multiple internal and external groups. You will identify and address any technical issues impacting customers both proactively and reactively, seeing issues through to resolution. You will also identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
Working alongside industry visionaries you will directly influence the direction of a product that is revolutionizing our space, has a clear and measurable value proposition, and that our customers love. Customers include many major media companies and interactive agencies creating engaging campaigns through gaming mechanics for their brand customers.
